At BOOZEAT, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.

Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide instant insider access to top labels and coveted products at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned or returned for cash. To make the process easier for our valued members, we’ve broken down the details on what exactly is returnable and when you can expect to receive cash back or Boozeat.com credit. You can return the following items:
All items, which includes bottles & bar wares unless the item is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.
The following items are non-returnable:
All party / experience vouchers are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please check the individual product page carefully.
Returns and Credits
- Returnable items that are priced at RM999.99 and under are eligible for a refund in the form of Boozeat Credits. For returnable items that are priced at RM 1,000 and above, we are offering two options for our members:
> Receive Boozeat Credit with no additional return charges.
> Receive a refund back to the original form of payment minus RM20 return shipping + 3% of total bill charged.
- Boozeat Credits may be used on Boozeat.com. Boozeat Credits may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- If you request a refund to the original form of payment and had used Boozeat Credits to purchase the item in question, the original Boozeat Credits will be reinstated to your store credit account on the site. Once you have selected to receive your return in Boozeat Credits, you cannot transfer the amount onto any form of original payment for cash back.
- If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a cheque to the billing address as checkout on the account. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact Customer Support and you will receive your refund in Boozeat Credits.
Quick & Easy Exchanges
- Love your purchase but need it in a different varietal? We’re happy to exchange it if we still have the item in stock. To start an exchange, please contact our customer support.
- We’ll ship you your new item right away–but we’ll have to charge you for the purchase (we’ll waive the return shipping of the original item). Upon receipt of the original item we’ll also credit you for the cost of that item. This is the most efficient way to ensure that you get your new item–and that you receive it as quickly as possible.
Return or Exchange Eligibility Window
- Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and gift boxes.
