In this debut issue of Booze & Bites KL, you’ll get a closer look behind two innovative restaurants called Hoppers and Chiu’s by speaking with their respective maverick founders. Besides that, chef Tommaso Gocze of Viniera.IT also takes some time off to gives us the low down on his unique cooking style using wines.
There’s also a feature where we pick five of the best wine bars in KL and Selangor, not forgetting our exclusive chats with two prominent alcohol industry figures about – you guessed it! – fine booze.
